"LAST-MINUTE" POSTERS
Official abstract submission to ICTMS 2019 is now closed. However, we are now accepting submission of "last-minute" posters to be displayed at the conference. Last-minute poster submission will close Friday July 12. Information on these posters will appear in the conference program but not in the proceedings. To submit a request to display a "last-minute" poster we will simply ask you to send an email containing the title, author-list, and a single-paragraph-summary for consideration by our local organising committee. Please address your email to the appropriate committee member according to the theme of your poster as follows:

Conference Abstracts
Abstract submissions:
- Opens on Monday December 17
- Closes on Friday
February 15 March 1 (Midnight, Pacific Standard Time GMT-8)
ICTMS 2019 will be accepting 2-page abstracts submitted as a PDF on the conference themes. We are using Currinda for management of abstracts and registration. You would need to create a Currinda profile in order to be able to submit your abstract.
Templates for the abstracts are available from the currinda website, or directly from here (Word Format or Latex Format)

You will be notified of abstract acceptance via email.
Conference Registration
Early-bird registration:
- Opens on Monday January 21
- IntACT member fee AU$930 (students AU$435)
- non-IntACT member fee AU$1050 (students AU$555)
- Closes on Friday April 26
Regular registration will close on Friday July 12:
- IntACT member fee AU$1080 (students AU$510)
- non-IntACT member fee AU$1200 (students AU$630)
Note that members of IntACT will receive a conference discount. Membership registration is available at the IntACT webpage.
All registration payments made by Credit Card will have a $12 Administration fee added to the final cost of the Invoice, this will not appear on the Invoice.
Create Currinda profile
Currinda is providing the abstract management and event software for ICTMS 2019. You would need to use this profile to submit abstracts and register for ICTMS 2019.
You will receive notification of things like: when will abstracts be due? When does registration open? What is the IntACT pre-conference advanced workshop all about?
