Welcome Reception

There will be a Welcome Reception held on Monday evening, after the Industry day, commencing at 6pm. This will be held in the Exhibition area of the Conference on the Ground floor of the Pullman Hotel, we will have an official welcome and a traditional welcome to country by an Henrietta of the Gimuy Walubara Yindiji people an Indigenous Aboriginal Elder commencing at 6.30pm.

Wednesday Afternoon

The program has included an afternoon free from 1.30pm on Wednesday 24th July to allow you to explore Cairns and the surround. A tour desk is located within the reception area of the Pullman Hotel. Check out the Half-day and full-day activity brochures. These will also be included in the ICTMS satchel bag, you'll receive when registering, along with a flyer containing discounts to restaurants and activities in and around Cairns.

Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner will be held on Thursday 25 th July at the pool deck of the Pullman Cairns International Hotel, this will commence at 6.30pm with pre-dinner drinks and Canapes being served in the Exhibition area of the Conference.

For the dinner we will be having a special performance of the Tjapukai Aboriginal Dance group who will entertain you and you may even end up performing as part of the dance group.
